D4DPR is a proud member of the Marijuana Justice Coalition. On November 2, 2023, the coalition sent a letter to President Joe Biden, calling on him "to deschedule marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) to fulfill his promise to voters regarding marijuana decriminalization." The MJC represents 39 non-profits and interest groups that seek to increase pressure on the President to fulfill his promise to voters. Full text of the letter is available below.
